How life should be celebrated

"As Murphy's Law would have it, my virus-weakened computer broke down shortly before Doris left us for her heavenly home. So, I was handcuffed when Richard, Jr. e-mailed me and I was unable to receive or reply until a knowledgeable computer man from BeepaGeek came to the rectory and routed the viruses.

How do you spell relief? Thanks be to God, my computer was alive again after 5 days of near-death experience. Richard, Jr. makes a living as a computer troubleshooter. I told him that he could have rescued my computer if he were near Fort Worth. In any case, I was given new life to do a tribute to Doris, Richard, Sr. and all the Catalons.

No matter how you cut it, we are all profoundly privileged to be part and parcel of the salvation history which God has fashioned for us and continues to direct each day, every moment of our lives. Thank you, Lord, for Doris and all our precious ancestors."
